Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Invoice Verifier to review freight invoices, BOLs, and rate confirmations in our Memphis, TN office. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in transportation, billing, invoicing, banking, or customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review bills of lading (BOLs) and invoicing for accuracy and validity.
• Contact customers to verify the validity of bills of lading and rate confirmations.
• Communicate with customers and team members.
• Handle additional duties as needed.
