Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking an Invoice Verifier to review and verify freight invoices, BOLs, and rate confirmations. This full-time role is 40 hours weekly, typically Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with overtime possible. The position is located at Love's Financials/Factoring office.

The role requires 1–2 years in transportation, billing, invoicing, or customer service, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in transportation, billing or invoicing preferred.
• Experience in banking or customer service is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

• Review bills of lading and invoicing for accuracy and validity.

This role is located at our Memphis, TN - Love's Financials/Factoring office.

Welcome to Love's:At Love's, ourInvoice Verifier plays a crucial role inreviewing and verifying the validity of freight invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), and rate confirmations sheets. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and working overtime may be required depending on business need.The position is located at Love’s corporate office in Oklahoma City.

Job Functions

• Review bills of lading (BOLs) and invoicing for accuracy and validity.
• Contact customers to verify the validity of bills of lading and rate confirmations.
• Communicate with customers and team members.
• Handle additionaldutiesas needed.

Experience and Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in transportation (trucking), billing, invoicing, banking, or customer service environment preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
