KBX Logistics LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable - Freight Auditor to ensure accurate and efficient freight invoice auditing and payment processes. You will audit freight invoices, resolve carrier billing issues, and support month-end accruals while applying strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proactive communication with carriers and customers will help identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounts Payable, or auditing, or financial administrative role.
• Experience communicating with external partners or vendors or carriers or customers.
• Experience using Excel to review, analyze, and interpret data.

Responsabilités

• Audit freight invoices for accuracy across all modes and resolve rate, fuel, stop, and other charges.
• Manage Auto-Pay Carriers onboarding, training, and issue resolution.
• Review carrier statements and resolve open invoices and balances.
• Ensure invoicing complies with KBX Logistics contracts and pricing policies.
• Support month-end accruals and forecast savings through process improvements.
• Educate carriers and customers on contracts and billing procedures.
