FedEx Freight is seeking a dock/stock associate in Everett, WA to move freight between docks and trailers. You’ll operate forklifts and pallet jacks, verify freight docs, and secure cargo for loading. The role requires basic math, good communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is hourly with shift times 0530-0900 and 1630-2030. FedEx emphasizes safety, compliance, and support for customers’ freight needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior warehousing or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to count and perform basic math.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight across dock area to/from trailers for loading to trailers.
• Operate motorized and manual equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck) as required.
• Verify documentation matches freight description using current system.
• Secure freight inside trailers using pallets, straps, or rope.
• Recoup/repair damaged freight when necessary.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Assist customers with freight and freight documentation as needed.
• Perform hostling duties if required.
