Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• 3+ years of managing a full-service freight forwarding branch.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven P&L ownership and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to a freight forwarding operations team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Set up branch resources, vendors, systems and processes.
• Oversee and coordinate all operational activities within the branch, including import/export processes, customs clearance, documentation, logistics, and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch-specific sales targets and contribute to overall growth.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and manage client relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through cost control and budgeting.
