Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business admin, logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in freight forwarding/logistics with air and ocean experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a full-service freight forwarding branch.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience with full P&L ownership and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to a freight forwarding operations team including recruitment, training, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee import/export processes, customs clearance, documentation, logistics and transportation.
• Develop and implement branch sales strategies to meet targets and grow the customer base.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through timely, accurate service and issue resolution.
• Manage annual budget, P&L reviews, cost controls and financial reporting.
