Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in the freight forwarding industry, or 10 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Ensure excellent customer service by fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
• Regularly visit key clients to identify opportunities for further business development.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Use financial reports to manage cash flow, improve transportation yield, and control expenses.
• Drive profitable growth by increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to keep the branch competitive in freight forwarding.
• Leverage market insights to adapt and enhance branch performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align branch goals with company objectives.
• Promote integrity, transparency and constructive feedback within the branch.
• Travel as required.
