• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee import/export shipments and design strategies
• Identify and improve service and operation issues
• Audit and research performance issues; propose improvements
• Maintain freight security and safe working environment
• Coordinate with suppliers/agents for in-transit permissions
