Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments by air and ocean, including carrier booking and movement management.
• Prepare and process customs-clearance documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide customers with regular status updates.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and issues.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, operations and other internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and related regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by ocean, including carrier booking and managing movement through transportation channels
• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including airline scheduling and managing movement through transportation channels
• Prepare and process customs-clearance documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Track and monitor shipments and provide customers with regular status updates
• Manage customer relationships, satisfaction, concerns, and issues
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, operations, and other internal departments
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and other relevant laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in air and ocean exports is highly desirable
