Job summary

KAG SERVICES INC is seeking a dispatcher to execute a daily plan for movement of freight within an assigned area. You will manage driver schedules, assess customer needs, and coordinate with suppliers and dealers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include creating loads in the dispatch system, maintaining communication via phone and email, and using KITS for incident reporting. This onsite role requires strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries.
• Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers.
• Plan deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outlets.
• Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors.
• Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts.
• Monitor e-mail for incoming orders and updates.
• Monitor web portals for station inventories.
• Solicit freight from customers.
• Create loads in dispatch system.
• Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members.
• Enter incidents into KITS.
