Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is seeking a focused Dispatcher to execute daily freight movement plans within our Illinois region. You will manage driver schedules, coordinate deliveries to inventory-managed outlets, and respond to customers with timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2 years of dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries.
• Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers.
• Plan deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outlets.
• Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors.
• Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts.
• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Monitor e-mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team members.
• Monitor web portals for station inventories.
• Solicit freight from customers.
• Create loads in dispatch system.
• Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members.
• Enter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system).
