Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries.
• Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers.
• Plan deliveries to inventory-managed retail gas outlets.
• Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors.
• Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts.
• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Monitor e-mail for orders, inventory updates, and team communications.
• Monitor web portals for station inventories.
• Solicit freight from customers.
• Create loads in the dispatch system.
• Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members.
• Enter incidents into the KITS reporting system.
• On-call duties as needed.
