Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI) is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in Mt. Sterling, IL. The role involves coordinating freight movements between distribution centers, while partnering with internal and external customers to foster service growth and retention.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality and safety in the work area, compiling data for changes, and supporting driver payroll tasks daily. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a competitive wage and bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Own, coordinate, and implement freight movements between distribution centers.
• Partner with internal and external customers to provide excellent service and growth.
• Ensure quality and safety in the work area.
• Compile data and reports to drive process improvements.
• Support Driver Supervisor activities on a daily basis.
• Assist with driver payroll tasks and expenses.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to address concerns.
• Work to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
