Job summary

Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI) in Mount Sterling, IL is hiring CDL truck drivers for Customer Delivery Specialist and No-Touch Freight roles. You’ll operate company equipment, transport product to customers and distribution centers, and stay compliant with DOT/FMCSA rules.

DTI emphasizes flexibility, a strong safety program, and pay/benefits with opportunities for bonuses and advancement. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with clean MVR; training tuition covered for new drivers.
• Haz-Mat and tanker endorsements obtainable during training.
• Medical examiner certificate and PAT in good standing.
• Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English; safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate DTI equipment to transport product.
• Comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations and safety rules.
• Load and unload dry and temp-controlled goods for most roles.
• Meet MPG, fuel purchases, idle time and speed targets.
• Read and understand load paperwork and product descriptions.
• Identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
