You will invoice customer hauls using the DTI TMS, collect documents, enter data accurately, and maintain professional communication with internal and external customers. The role emphasizes lean thinking to eliminate waste, timely responses to issues, and collaboration with contracted brokers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Invoice custom haul activities using the DTI TMS.
• Collect bills of lading, lumper receipts, rate sheets, and docs.
• Enter, update, and validate data in operating systems.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Maintain contact with contracted brokers.
• Work on projects to monitor costs and improve service.
• Apply lean thinking to identify and eliminate waste.
