Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume phone calls with accuracy and direct calls accordingly.
• Check in drivers and manage delivery manifest data.
• Enter data into dispatch system and imaging/scanning documents.
• Coordinate delivery times with customers and schedule freight.
• Work with driver handhelds and support operations as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to company policies.
