Job summary

Ecoat US Holdings LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a highly organized Shipping Clerk to coordinate shipping and receiving, ensure accurate processing of shipments, and maintain inventory integrity daily.

You will prepare bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels, schedule carrier pickups, inspect incoming and outgoing goods, operate safeguarding of warehouse equipment, and support a clean, compliant, and customer-focused warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a shipping or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups to ensure timely shipment of products.
• Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect and count items received, ensuring they match purchase orders and packing lists.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with the Logistics Manager regarding any issues or discrepancies with shipments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Perform regular inventory checks and assist in inventory audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
