Qualifications

Responsibilities

Enter orders daily and monitor shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create and update customer codes; verify hours, directions and details for pickups/deliveries.
Schedule all appointments prior to shipments.
Handle required TMS entries; process additional charges and update revenue amounts.
Provide accurate lane rates; coordinate with Rating for updates and invoicing.
Serve as liaison between all parties with timely communication and follow‑through.
Understand customer needs and build rapport with professional interactions.
Collaborate with National Account Managers, Sales and other departments.
