Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter orders in the computer system daily and monitor shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain customer codes; verify hours, directions and pickup/delivery details.
• Schedule appointments before shipments are loaded and update revenue records accordingly.
• Provide accurate rates for lanes and coordinate with Rating for updates and invoicing.
• Act as liaison among parties to ensure timely communication and fulfillment.
