Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with up to 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay composed under pressure.

• Proficient in using an order management system.
• Proactive and able to work with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive customer relationships by engaging regularly and providing solutions to meet customer needs and goals to maximize freight potential and growth.
• Monitor on-time delivery, damage-free services, and accurate billing.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and minimize service failures.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments optimizing transit time.
• Enter customer orders into the order management system to track loads.
• Obtain approval for accessorial charges and spot rates for assigned customers.
• Serve as a contact for load updates and capacity availability.
