Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with carrier partners.

• Cover loads on time using reliable carriers.
• Negotiate competitive rates and monitor margins.
• Coordinate with internal teams for shipment updates and issue resolution.
• Address delays, breakdowns, re-routes, and service issues promptly.
• Grow freight volume with core carriers and monitor performance.
• Keep carrier data and rates up to date in the TMS.
• Ensure insurance, safety, and onboarding compliance.
