Job summary

Aeronet Inc. seeks a highly organized Carrier Services Representative for West Coast operations. This internal operations role focuses on capacity procurement, spot quotes, and carrier relations, with no cold-calling or external account management.

You will book high-quality carriers using DAT/Truckstop and Tai TMS, respond to internal managers with timely updates, and maintain data integrity across loads and shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience booking trucks or dispatching within a non-asset freight brokerage.
• Experience with major load boards (DAT/Truckstop) and Tai TMS preferred.
• Strong negotiation, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate with, and book high-quality carriers for available freight using DAT, Truckstop, and internal networks.
• Respond rapidly to internal account managers providing spot market quotes and capacity updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recurring tracking partners and owner-operators.
• Post loads, log carrier pricing, dispatch drivers, and update shipment statuses in Tai TMS.
