Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) in Dallas, TX is seeking a Freight Brokerage Sales Representative to drive new business growth through phone and email. You will manage the full sales cycle, prospecting to close, targeting TL and LTL customers, with in-office work required.

You will build relationships, land new accounts, negotiate, and use modern tools to track leads and pipelines. This role offers uncapped commission and reports to the Director of Transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant freight brokerage experience.
• Recent graduate or 1–2 years experience – no experience? We’ll train you.
• Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with both new and existing clients
• Prospect, generate leads, and land new accounts while expanding opportunities with current customers
• Learn how to sell, negotiate, and close customers in a competitive, fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with a variety of teams ensuring smooth transactions and world-class service
• Identify opportunities to improve our offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
• Develop creative approaches to onboard, retain, and grow new customer accounts
