Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking an experienced Freight Salesperson in Chicago to develop new shipper relationships and build a profitable US portfolio. You’ll leverage a broad range of solutions, including FTL, LTL, intermodal and warehousing, with support from pricing and carrier teams to win business.

Qualifications

• Proven freight brokerage, 3PL or transportation sales experience.
• Strong track record of winning new business.
• Knowledge of FTL, LTL and multimodal transportation.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to independently develop a pipeline.
• Commercial, relationship-driven approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new shipper relationships across the US.
• Build a profitable portfolio of customers in the US freight market.
• Leverage back-office teams to price, quote and win business.
• Grow booked revenue with a focus on multimodal solutions (FTL, LTL, intermodal).
