Job summary

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Freight Brokerage Account Manager in Dublin, OH. You will retain and grow existing business, manage P&L for assigned accounts, and develop solutions to meet customer needs while coordinating with agents and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, logistics, international trade or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, domestic transportation, customs brokerage, or international supply chains.
• 2+ years driving growth in account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for all account management matters.
• Leverage relationships to increase revenue and profitability for Legacy.
• Lead business reviews with customers and drive action plans to improve results.
• Negotiate rates with customers, sales, and operations to maintain profitability.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and manage monthly performance.
