Responsibilities

• Generating leads and developing a sales pipeline.
• Making cold calls, warm lead calls and closing calls with customers.
• Negotiating market level pricing with customers.
• Handling data entry points for shipments including scheduling.
• Developing and managing truckload carriers with a service-first approach.
• Negotiating market level pricing with carriers.
• Selecting carriers delivering safely, on-time, and damage-free.
• Building relationships with customers and carriers across levels.
• Ensuring timely pickup, tracking, delivery, documentation and invoicing.
• Collaborating with claims and finance during exception management.
