Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in carrier operations or carrier relations.

Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and manage a network of carriers to support freight demand.
• Utilize load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) to match freight with available capacity.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to maximize margins.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with carrier partners.
• Coordinate shipment execution and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with carriers via phone, email, and system platforms (EDI/TMS).
• Monitor market conditions, capacity trends, and lane pricing.
• Provide high-quality service to internal teams and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand carrier network and improve efficiency.
