Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field; 1+ year in freight brokering or logistics.
• Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT guidelines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client networks with shippers and provide accurate shipment information.
• Source, onboard, and manage carrier relationships for dependable transportation.
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to optimize margins while maintaining service quality.
• Post, book, and track loads from start to finish ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, contracts, and invoices.
• Resolve transportation issues quickly and adapt to changing freight conditions.
