You will source, onboarding, negotiate, and manage strategic carrier partnerships to meet cost, service, and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in transportation brokerage, carrier management, or logistics operations.
• Experience in rate negotiation and margin management.
• Strong analytical, financial acumen and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead carrier development, onboarding, and performance management.
• Negotiate rates within defined margins to meet profitability targets.
• Own daily carrier assignments and lane optimization.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to support growth.
• Maintain carrier scorecards and ensure compliance with standards.
