The successful candidate will have 1–3 years of billing or related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and carriers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or coursework in accounting or finance preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
• Freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics industry experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with freight rates, transportation methods (air, ocean, ground), logistics processes, and customs terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with accounting or logistics software preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process freight invoices and bill customers.
• Audit freight costs and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for billing.
