Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on shipment data.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and customer service to resolve billing details.
• Maintain records in TMS/WMS and accounting software.
• Generate weekly and monthly billing reports for management.
• Support month-end close by reconciling billing with accounting.
• Manage customer-specific billing requirements and documents.
• Review and collect on accounts receivable; pursue past-due balances.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing across all accounts.
