Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process interline payables.
• Process accounts receivable transactions.
• Process accounts payable transactions.
• Review and verify billing charges for accuracy.
• Maintain and track documentation related to carrier loads, including rates and fees.
• Complete three-way matching verification as part of the invoice payment process.
• Review invoices and check requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and submit invoices for payment.
• Perform payment reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Research and resolve invoice and billing discrepancies.
• Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments.
