Job summary

Santa Monica Seafood is seeking a dedicated Freezer Stocker to stock, palletize, and organize seafood products in a fast-paced freezer environment at our Compton location. You will learn product locations, inspect stock for damage, and safely move goods up to 50 lbs while maintaining clean aisles and precise stock levels.

Typical shift is Sunday-Friday, 7pm-3:30am, with Saturdays off and one other day weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (below 0 degrees).
• Flexible, dependable, and able to maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure work environment.
• Learn and memorize the location of the product.
• Examine stock for damaged product and place in the designated area.
• Stock shelves and organize storage of all product.
• Operate stand-up forklift as required.
• Maintain rapid and accurate stock through the freezer department.
