Job summary

FreezPak Logistics in Suffolk, VA seeks a Freezer Lead to oversee daily freezer operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and quality. The role is on-site with a first shift (6am-2:30pm, M-F) in a cold environment, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in warehouse operations or cold storage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with WMS is preferred.
• Ability to work in freezer environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the freezer area, ensuring efficient workflow and safety.
• Lead a team of freezer workers and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to supervisors.
• Track inventory levels and update records.
• Coordinate basic equipment checks with the operations team.
