Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• High school diploma; logistics degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and enforcing policies.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment and safety compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE usage to maintain a safe environment.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to boost productivity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving; report performance.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained; report maintenance needs.
• Store and handle products per cold storage requirements.
