Job summary

FreezPak Logistics, a family-owned leader in cold storage and logistics, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Fall River, MA. You will oversee maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years in maintenance with 1–2 years in supervision, knowledge of refrigeration/HVAC, and experience with CMMS and MS Office. Competitive salary and benefits are provided; reports to the GM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a maintenance or technical role, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Experience in cold storage or food logistics is preferred.
• Certifications: CMRP and/or CMM; OSHA safety certifications, BOC, EPA HVAC also preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA).
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate the maintenance team while ensuring safety; oversee scheduling and performance.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance for warehouse equipment including refrigeration, conveyors, and forklifts; coordinate with vendors for specialized services.
• Manage building infrastructure maintenance (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical) and maintain inventory of tools and parts.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs; analyze data to find efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
