Job summary

Sweep is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer (freelance) to onboard quickly and work autonomously from day one, reinforcing IT operations in Paris for a defined period. You will manage day-to-day IT support and device logistics, keep the helpdesk backlog under control, and handle onboarding/offboarding of Macs and peripherals, with travel to Montpellier and London as needed.

The role is hands-on, onsite, with no architecture or security focus, and requires fluent English and French, strong

Qualifications

• Senior, fully autonomous IT support professional ready from day one.
• Deep hands-on macOS experience and MDM knowledge (Jamf, Kandji or Mosyle).
• Strong track record in device lifecycle, fleet logistics and high-volume helpdesk operations.
• Comfortable working on-site and handling hardware logistics in person.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day IT support and device logistics for a defined mission period.
• Clear the IT helpdesk backlog and keep fleet and users running smoothly from day one.
• Coordinate hardware onboarding/offboarding, imaging, and repairs for Macs and peripherals.
• Manage device inventory, spares and shipping materials; coordinate repairs and returns.
• Document procedures in runbooks to ensure repeatability after the mission ends.
