Siegen HR Solutions, Inc. is seeking a remote freelance recruiter to review applications, conduct structured phone interviews, and maintain diligent records of candidate progress. The role emphasizes data privacy, professional home workspace, and meeting recruitment metrics.

The successful candidate will work 4–6 hours daily, at least three days per week, during Philippine daytime, with compensation tied to placements. This position offers remote flexibility and collaboration with a diverse team.

Formación

• A college graduate, preferably holding a degree in Psychology or Communications.
• Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous but not obligatory.
• Proficiency in utilizing a personal laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a mobile phone (SIM card provided).
• Establishment of a dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace at home conducive for phone interviews.
• Reliable access to a clear Smart Telecom mobile connection.
• Ability to strictly adhere to data privacy and security protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented mindset with the capability to meet or exceed defined recruitment metrics.
• Availability to commit 4-6 hours per day at least 3 days a week during Philippine daytime.
