Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience building and deploying email and/or SMS campaigns within an ESP.
• Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Listrak, Mailchimp, Attentive, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail with QA on marketing campaigns.
• Experience with audience segmentation, scheduling, and CRM calendars.
• Comfortable in an execution-focused role managing multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, edit, schedule, and deploy email campaigns.
• Build, QA, edit, schedule, and deploy SMS campaigns.
• Execute audience segmentation and scheduling within the CRM platform.
• Perform QA checks before deployment (links, images, personalization).
• Maintain CRM marketing calendar as campaigns evolve.
• Track campaign assets and requests through JIRA.
• Support CRM creative briefs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor campaign execution from briefing to deployment with timelines.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Assist with campaign analysis and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with CRM team on lifecycle marketing initiatives.
