The role requires 10+ years in technical program leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in microservices and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or equivalent technology leadership roles.
• Experience in payments/fintech, fraud prevention, or regulated tech environments (2+ years).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies in matrixed orgs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• PM certifications required (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, MS Project, ServiceNow).
• Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools for reporting and documentation.
• Strong technical fluency in microservices and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology planning, execution, and delivery governance for Citi's enterprise fraud prevention initiatives.
• Decompose complex architectural challenges into actionable roadmaps.
• Guide stakeholders through trade-offs balancing business priorities and maintainability.
• Identify cross-program dependencies and bottlenecks to keep programs on track.
• Track milestones and deliverables across multiple engineering squads.
• Define release readiness criteria and cutover strategies for high-throughput systems.
• Introduce AI tools to streamline decision documentation and reporting.
• Communicate program health and architectural trade-offs to senior leaders.
