Job summary

Félix is hiring a Fraud Investigations Specialist in the United States to monitor fraud rings, analyze modus operandi, and block threats in real time. You will use Axur and AI tools to accelerate data pulls, develop dashboards, and translate discoveries into preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Fluent in English (oral & written).
• Proven fraud investigation and transaction monitoring experience.
• Deep understanding of fraud typologies and MO.
• Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling.
• Data resourcefulness with SQL and dashboards.
• Basic data analysis skills.
• Experience with external fraud intel platforms (Axur) is a plus.
• Willingness to join rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud ring and fraud attack monitoring; track known rings and block suspicious users.
• Operate external intelligence tools (e.g., Axur) and translate signals into actions.
• Reverse-engineer fraud MOs and surface potential rings from cases.
• Share rapid insights to mitigate threats across teams.
• Source data with SQL, dashboards, and AI tools; assist investigations.
• Handle high-complexity fraud cases end-to-end with autonomy.
• Serve as SME on fraud typologies for the team.
• Review transactions and chargebacks on launches; flag gaps.
• Manage stakeholder escalations and provide deep-dive analyses.
• Train junior investigators and document methodologies.
