Job summary

Pathward is a hybrid, remote-office company seeking a seasoned Fraud Risk Management professional to support and enhance our organization’s program. You will oversee Level 1 alert monitoring and Level 2 case investigations across products and channels, ensuring detection, escalation, and regulatory alignment including BSA/AML where applicable.

Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Operations to improve detection strategies, automation, and investigative quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically 5+ years with bachelor s or equivalent.
• Experience in fraud operations, including alert review, case investigation, and fraud typology analysis.
• Focuses on performance within fraud operations, including alert accuracy, investigative quality, and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fraud detection procedures and controls.
• Manage Level 1 alert review and Level 2 case investigations.
• Set quality standards, productivity expectations, and SLAs for alert handling.
• Oversee BSA/AML components, including SAR escalation when applicable.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Operations to enhance detection strategies.
