Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking a senior leader to oversee end-to-end fraud operations, from alert handling to investigations and intelligence. You will shape the operating model, drive KPI/KRI reporting, and partner with risk, governance, and strategy teams to strengthen controls.

The role requires extensive fraud leadership, experience with regulatory examinations, and a track record of developing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fraud/financial crimes.
• Professional certifications such as CFE or CAMS are preferred.
• 10+ years in fraud, investigations, or financial crimes with leadership.
• Experience owning fraud operations in regulated environments including OCC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end fraud lifecycle leadership from alerts to investigations.
• Set the operational rhythm for alerts, queue health, and SLA performance.
• Direct managers of Fraud Alert Operations and Fraud Investigations.
• Establish Level 2 investigative standards and evidence discipline.
• Own fraud intelligence, threat monitoring, and detection improvements.
• Ensure SAR/CTR referrals and regulatory examinations are supported.
