InteLogix is seeking a driven member to join our fraud-support team. You will handle inbound calls about suspected fraud, create cases, and update order information while analyzing traffic patterns to prevent fraud.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and excellent communication. This is a full-time role with paid training and benefits, operating across the United States with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Own monitor required; equipment provided elsewhere
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Dedicated workspace free of distraction
• Excellent communication skills
• High-speed internet with ethernet
• Ability to stay on the phone during shift
• Tech-savvy with multiple windows/tabs; strong customer experience

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud, identify theft and credits
• Create cases and update order information related to fraud
• Work on alarming cases from various fraud queues
• Make outgoing calls to follow-up on fraud orders and secure equipment
• Review traffic patterns and orders for fraudulent activity
• Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with timely data analysis
• Utilize system tools to close cases and prevent fraud loss
• Manage multiple systems and fraud queues simultaneously
• Manage high-volume workload to mitigate fraud
