DoorDash in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Senior Associate in Fraud Partner Operations to safeguard our platform through fraud detection and prevention. You will scale reviews, manage vendor relationships, and optimize processes while driving performance and reporting.

This in-office role requires living within a commutable distance to Tempe. You will own queue health, lead QA programs with vendors, and partner with Fraud Operations, Analytics, WFM, and Product to elevate fraud strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in fraud, finance, or professional operations
• Proven experience managing multiple long-term projects with measurable impact
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of fraud queues managed by outsourced vendor partners, monitor performance, drive improvements
• Lead QA programs with vendor teams, perform root-cause analysis to improve accuracy and detection
• Use data-driven insights to report performance and inform leadership decisions
• Champion projects from conception to execution, manage reporting and process design with cross-functional partners
• Develop launch plans for new queues and cross-training, ensuring onboarding readiness
• Build trusted relationships across internal teams and vendor partners for escalations
• Analyze data to identify trends and translate into actionable insights to streamline workflows
