Job summary

Citi in Pune, India is seeking an entry-level Fraud Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations, including record maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, and account opening in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.

The role serves as a liaison among operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients, driving compliant, accurate work.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel with AI, Power BI, retail banking knowledge, US retail banking basics, Lean certification preferred.
• Credit Card domain process experience and MS Excel skills preferred.
• Experience in a business office or operational environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems requiring in-depth investigation.
• Assist team as subject matter expert; lead special projects and train new hires as needed.
• Conduct basic analysis and workflow management.
• Support an expansive array of products and services.
• Communicate with senior managers and support activities to mitigate risk and protect Citi.
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
