Qualifications

• 3+ years in fraud, risk or related operations.
• 1+ year leading projects end-to-end.
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage associate-level queues for Fraud Operations.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes for fraud management.
• Make risk-based decisions on high-value / high-risk transactions and account offboardings.
• Achieve company-level goals around financial fraud losses.
