Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in large-scale technology organizations.
• Proven track record of driving execution across complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations at scale.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate effectively across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the Fraud Intelligence Product Line with consistent planning and execution.
• Own and facilitate the monthly Fraud Business Review with cross-functional inputs to provide clear health, KPI, and financial views.
• Drive leadership operating rhythms including staff meetings, planning cycles, and quarterly business reviews with tracked actions.
• Ensure alignment on priorities and commitments across Product, Engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Manage operational oversight of a multi-million product and engineering portfolio, including budget and headcount oversight.
