Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Director for the Consumer & Community Banking Fraud Strategy organization. You will own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for a real-time fraud intelligence platform that protects millions of customers across digital banking, payments, and financial ecosystems.

You will lead product strategy leveraging transformer-based ML, graph intelligence, and MLOps to detect fraud rings and multi-step schemes, partnering with Fraud Ops, Data Science, Engineering, and Risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience delivering ML-enabled products or fraud-related platforms.
• Strong communication and executive presence for business value translation.

Responsibilities

• Owns product roadmap and vision for fraud prevention platform.
• Leads full product lifecycle from planning to delivery and risk management.
• Mentors product team and drives cross-functional collaboration.
• Defines success metrics and experiments; turns POCs into production.
• Engages with executives to communicate strategy and outcomes.
