Job summary

Grow Financial FCU is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and support prevention initiatives. This role bridges operations with emerging fraud patterns and collaborates with technical partners to interpret system outputs.

You will focus on daily review of predictive reports, take appropriate actions on accounts, and participate in Fraud Team projects and staff training.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year as Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in a financial fraud-related field (fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of fraud case types independently.
• Review predictive reports daily and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Contribute to fraud prevention initiatives and collaborate with technical partners.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and provide training for members and staff on fraud-related topics.
